Hospital Resources

New resources to help hospitals and other institution type care to manage food allergies are currently being developed and will be available soon.

The Food Allergen Best Practice Guideline is the first resource to be developed by Queensland Health in partnership with the National Allergy Strategy. 

Additional resources that will be available soon include:

  • Food allergy menu assessment tool for dietitians
  • Food allergy and intolerance policy template
  • Food allergy and intolerance audit tool template
